The Palms Hotel & Spa

So far, we’re off to a great start. I have not arrived at the hotel yet, but everyone that I’ve spoken to on the phone has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Jonathan with reservations was awesome confirming my stay and Joycelyn at the front desk connected me with Concierge and she was very helpful as well. I received a call back from Martine who works in the Concierge department to assist me with booking a few tours in Miami. He was extremely helpful and I have a meeting with him when I arrive to plan my route. I will update my review throughout the trip to provide everyone with an accurate description of the property. 1. Checked In and the staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and very accommodating. Joycelyn did a wonderful job checking me in and later on Maciel also helped to get an early check in. Julie and Stephanie help me during lunch and they were extremely friendly as well. Michelle and Andrea got me set up by the pool and so far my day is amazing. The only negative thing would be the upgrades weren’t available but AMEX does state only if available. However, the room was still very nice. The hotel is incredibly clean and has an overall wonderful look. 2. Off to a good start on the second day. Met with Martin and he went above and beyond trying to get me set up with different activities/tours. He wasn’t pushy at all, but was even willing to do the research to find some amazing tours for me. Greeted by the lovely Marciel at the desk then off to breakfast. Stephanie, Jean and Vanesa took great care of me. You can’t go wrong with a bagel and lox in Miami. 3. My only negative thing to report is the bathroom is a bit small and the commode is so close to the wall. It is definitely a challenge to use for taller people. At breakfast today, Leonardo did a great job and it’s pretty amazing how many people they have here helping out which makes the customer service really good. Overall, it was an amazing day. On my last night anywhere I travel, I’m usually looking forward to getting home. This was the first trip I wanted to stay longer. Everyone was great and I would definitely return to the hotel. Had a wonderful experience staying at the Palms! I booked myself a mini solo b-day vacation and included a spa package which I highly recommend. I checked in/out with Brit Annia who was such a delight and answered all of my questions about my stay and the amenities. She's a genuinely kind person (not the faux Miami customer service vibe at all. She ensures you have the best experience during your stay). I booked a city view king size bed room which was completely spotless and equipped with everything you could need for your visit. Shout-out to the housekeeping staff for keeping the rooms clean and tidy. I slept so comfortable. I also had a lovely spa experience with Ruth, Ana, and Karina who worked miracles on my shoulders and made the spa a welcoming, soothing space. I got to choose a complimentary scent for my massage and an additional treatment with my spa package. Lastly, I enjoyed the beach and was assisted by Omega who was very kind in helping me choose a good spot among the loungers and ordering from the tiki bar. The guac, pico de gallo, and chips were a great portion size and the lemonade was refreshing. Long story short, it was an exceptional stay and I wish my visit was longer. Definitely will return!!

Her elegance and dedication to guest experience greatly contribute to the hotel’s reputation for excellence. A special thank you as well to Peter, the chef, who turned our breakfasts into truly memorable moments. His omelette creations were not only generous and perfectly executed but also thoughtfully adapted to our preferences. His culinary talent, combined with a genuine desire to delight guests, significantly enhanced the quality of our stay. Vanesa and Peter both demonstrate a level of commitment and excellence that truly deserves recognition. They are invaluable assets to the hotel. We will certainly keep this address close to heart and recommend it without hesitation.

I stayed here with my husband in January for a birthday/anniversary get away and it was amazing. The hotel was so clean, the staff was so helpful and friendly, food was delicious and drinks were strong! I loved that they filter their water and had a whole hotel air purifier. The beach was amazing, quiet and beautiful, just a quick walk across the walking path. Cannot wait to come back and bring my family. One thing is the nights they have weddings it is a bit louder and you cannot use some of the amenities at the resort like the outdoor terrace and outdoor seating which was a bummer 2 of the nights we were there. Overall a wonderful stay!!

I recently stayed at The Palms in Miami and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The oceanfront views and beach access were definitely highlights. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay, which made everything feel seamless and relaxing. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything Miami has to offer. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront escape.

Just spent a few days at the Palms on a weekend trip. Property is exceptionally clean, rooms are nice and service was great. Good water pressure and A/C, bed was comfortable. Pool area can get a little congested, but you also have full beach access with chairs and umbrellas. Food at the pool was delicious. Fitness center is a little small, but adequate. Shout out to Fred the bellman who was very helpful and John Garcia for his excellent follow up and professionalism.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful - more than we were anticipating despite seeing the spaces multiple times. The food and service were top notch. The communication with our coordinator, Nataly, was quick, efficient, and clear. She helped run the night so smoothly and without any hiccups. Even so, at any point of the evening, she was responsive to whatever needed to be done or had to be changed/updated last minute. She was a pleasure to work with and the hotel was otherwise spectacular and clean. Given the rising costs of weddings, particularly in South Beach, we felt this was a extraordinary value for how everything turned out. Extremely pleased with everything.

Stayed here with my wife Valentine's day Weekend for a getaway.. Rooms were nicely finished and all the details captures by the hotels. From the hotels entry drive up to the shower and finishes . breakfast patio serenity, lunch and dinner the same.. The staff.... Can't say enough about the staff which is the is the secret the hotels success.. No one individual, but one individual , but one refined team All striving to guest stay and satisfaction! All top shelf. Price included parking and I'd highly recommend for a quiet relaxing stay!
